We accept reservations for 90day ahead. Please contact us by email if you just want to check availability. If you would like to make a reservation on the day or the day before your stay, please call us directly at 0263-88-3453.

    • You can check your luggage at “Cafe YUKI.RI（map）”.
    • We hold fun events open for guests and locals in the lounge area at the irregular basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION POLICY

  • We have set this check-in time based on our guests’ and neighbors’ convenience. Some guests go to their beds by 10pm, and we do not want to disturbe their sleep. If you cannot check-in by 10pm., we consider your reservation is cancelled, and full amount of room rate will be charged. Please be aware of this policy ahead of the time.
    Check-in time is between 16:30〜22:00.
    Check-out time is 10:00am.
    The front desk is open between 8:00〜10:00 and 16:30〜21:00.
  • Guests are required to pay the full amount due upon check in. We accept cash only (Japanese Yen).
  • Guests who wish to store their luggage prior to check-in are welcome to do so between 8:00am~12:00pm. (If you are not able to come back to our guesthouse during the check-in time, 4:00pm~10:00pm, we are able to complete your check-in process in advance when you drop the luggage).
  • The guest house is closed during 12:00~16:30.
  • Main entrance will be passcode locked after 11:00pm. Plesae keep the noise down when you come back to or leave the room during night time for other guests and neighbors.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

  • Please pay the full amount due upon check-in by cash. We do not accept credit cards. Cash only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation 4 to 7 days prior to arrival:
    50% of room rate will be charged.
  • Cancellation 3days prior to arrival:
    100% of room rate will be charged.
  • Cancellation charge for reservations of a group of more then 5 people will occur a week before the day of occupancy For reservations of groups of more than 5 guests, we ask the groups to pay full amount due through the bank transfer.

PARKING SPACE

  • There are no free parking spaces at the guest house. We do not have free parking lot at the guesthouse. Please find a pay parking lot nearby the guesthouse if you drive.
